I pay shipping costs which are not cheap and when the package arrives I have to pay €14 more at customs. The least you can do is warn that this type of expense is not included in shipping costs and is expected.
I am sorry that you had to pay Customs charges, however as the United Kingdom, is no longer part of the EU and hasnt been for a number of years now, it is common knowledge that Import duties may be due for any purchase from the UK to a European country. We do not inform customers of this charge, as each country's import laws are different and has different limits before Tax is applied.
We charge the actual shipping costs. In this case 9.99 Euro. In many cases we subsidise the cost of shipping. The simple fact is, shipping internationally can be expensive. Although I believ that 9.99 Euro is a reasonable price to pay for a shipment that contains 40 sheets of paper and 40 envelopes to be shipped from the UK to Spain.
I am sorry you are unhappy with the service. I really hope you like our product.

I love this handmade paper. The quality is good and it is infused with dried petals making it so pretty to look at. Will only be used for writing to the most important people in my social circle. 🩷
I ordered this to write to a beau that lives in another city. I wanted the paper to be “feminine with substance” and this beautiful paper hits the mark! It will make a fine canvas to write this particular letter! My only caveat is that one of the petals was sticking out slightly and it caught the bib of my pen. It was a minor hiccup in the flow which is easily remedied by writing around the flowers. Thank you for sharing your work
