The wrong choice

I wanted this deckle cutter for watercolour paper. Did I make the wrong choice? It works perfectly on thin paper but not on the heavy weight that I use. Please advise.

Thank you for your review. We appriciate it. Can we please point out that our Paper trimmer is made speciffically for trimming our Handmade paper and card. It works perfectly on the recycled cotton Rag paper and card that we sell. This can be seen on the video on our website. We cannot however comment on all paper types. Although this is the first time anyone has had an issue with the card trimmer cutting any paper types.

If you would like to send us a sample of the paper you have used we would love to look into this further for you.
