I was really excited to receive this notebookβit was a little gift to myself, and I had planned to dedicate it to my art therapy notes for work. It was packaged and shipped beautifully, and while it did take a little while to ship, I completely understand that handmade items take time and that was never an issue for me.
The soft leather is beautiful, and I absolutely love the silver color. The thick, handmade paper has such a lovely texture and feels really special to write on.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed to open the notebook and find black pen ink on the inside leather. Because I purchased this as something special for myself and was so excited to use it for my work, seeing the ink mark right away was a bit disheartening.
Overall, I really appreciate the craftsmanship and care that went into making the notebook, and I think it is a beautiful piece. I just wish there had been a final quality check to catch the ink before it was shipped.

A beautiful ribbon, so lovely. Sadly too wide for the reason I ordered it (my fault!). Will be looking for another project to use this.
