Thank you for your review. I would just lke to addreds a few issues you have raised :
1 - I can confirm that a refund has been issued for the pen you were unhappy with and confirmation was sent to you at the time the refund was issued. If you would like proof of this, I would be happy to provide it to you again.
2 - The product you were not happy with is one produced by UK designer and manufacturer Tom's Studio. They have received thousands of rave reviews throughout the world for both the quality and ethos of their product range. We were surprised to hear your comments about not being happy with the quality of the pen but were happy for you to return it and to issue a full refund. If you would like to find out more about Tom's Studio pens, I would recommend that you visit their website. I was sorry to hear that you were not happy with the quality. However, I am happy to lean towards the thousands of customers who have placed such positive reviews for their products so we will not be withdrawing their range from our collection.
3 - Whilst we do have a Facebook page, we are not active on it and certainly do not carry out any paid advertising in partnership with Facebook. So your comments in relation to this are both untrue and misleading.
